• We accept cash or card and also Health Care Flex Spending cards. There is a $3 transaction fee for using a card.
• We require a $20 or $30 deposit to book an appointment. This amount will be credited towards your total when you show up the day of the appointment.
• In most cases we offer a free return visit if we are unable to determine gender or get good photos during the first visit. Free return visits are only scheduled Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
• We do not offer refunds or bring backs for women who were wrong about their due date and too early to see baby through transabdominal ultrasound (less than 8 weeks).
• Women over 200 pounds need to wait 14-15 weeks gestation for gender determination through the ultrasound.
• There is a $20 additional charge for twins.
• Return discounts are only good during the same pregnancy, are non-traferable, and cannot be combined with other offers or special packages.
• The number of photos and videos sent to your phone are dependent on the scan, in some cases there may not be short video clips.
• Gender determination/confirmation is only done by request after 20 weeks.
• Prices are subject to change.
• Measurements cannot be taken of the baby past 12 weeks in the pregnancy
• Free gifts that are included in the packages such as the new mommy kit and kiinde twist, are only while supplies last. There may be times we are out of stock; there are no discounts given if this is the case. Generally, they can be picked up at a later time when we have them back in stock.
